Bisley Imperial Meeting News 2013

Nottinghamshire County Teams

The County Fullbore Team took part in the County Short Senior and County Long matches but were unable to repeat the scores of last year and ended up 21st in both competitions, some seven places lower than in 2012. For details of scores click the left link to County Team Scores.

Individual competitions

RSF Shouler reached the final of HM The Queen's Prize. He received his Queen's Badge from the Chairman of the National Rifle Association, Robin Pizer and went on to make 65th place.

 

TJ Bullock came 47th in the St George's Challenge Vase with RSF Shouler 60th.

 

There were four Nottinghamshire shooters in the top half of the Grand Aggregate results list. This is a real test of consistently good shooting as it covers eleven competitions shot during the Imperial Meeting. Top of the list at 70th place was RSF Shouler, at 235th TJ Bullock, at 339th RP Rosling and at 397th JC Jobling.

Apeldoorn Cup Results

Notts. shooters took part in the Apeldoorn Cup long range competition run concurrent with the Imperial Meeting. The Cup is shot at long range and is the aggregate of four competitions: the Duke of Cambridge and Conan Doyle at 900 yds and the Lovell and Corporation at 1000 yds.

This year's winner is RP Rosling by one point from RSF Shouler. Full details are on the left link to Apeldoorn Results.
